Vitasweet was founded in 1995 in Beijing China. As a professional producer of food ingredients and nutraceuticals, Vitasweet is not only developing, producing and selling products, but also providing technical supports.

The main products of the company

Vitasweet has devoted itself to the fields of food ingredients and nutraceuticals, and the products of Vitasweet now cover low-calorie sweeteners, amino acids, sports nutrition and pharmaceutical intermediates.
Started in 1995 with a single product Vitasweet® Acesulfame-K, a widely used low-calorie sweetener around the world, we have successfully expanded our product offerings including Vitasweet® Aspartame, another widely used low-calorie sweetener in foods and beverages, Vitasweet® L-phenylalanine, an essential amino acid for the human body, and used primarily with L-aspartic acid to make Aspartame, Vitasweet® L-homophenylalanine, a chiral unnatural Alpha -amino acid, and an important intermediate for the synthesis of ACE-inhibitors , and Vitasweet® Alpha-KIC, a sports supplement for muscle fatigue recovering, etc. We will continue to keep an eye on the changing markets and ready to provide new updated products.

The components of the company

At present, Vitasweet consists of three parts, including two manufacturing plants, a research center and a sales center.
So far we have built two production bases, one in Beijing and another one in Jiangsu, where all the Vitasweet products are produced.
To capitalize the global trend of increasing awareness of healthy life-style and popularity of low-calorie diet, we have been investing heavily in R&D to broaden our product ranges in related fields. Established in 2001, the Nutralab, our in-house R&D lab of about 30 people and located in Jiangsu, has been the driving force of innovation and initiation of new products in the past few years, and we will continue to invest to keep it remain so in the future.
The sales center of Vitasweet is located in Beijing, and is responsible for marketing globally all the products under brand name "Vitasweet".

The distribution network of the company

Vitasweet has built a complete distribution network in the world. And we have successfully penetrated almost every major market around the globe in the past decade. Our distribution network covers a variety of countries from Europe, the first overseas market we opened in mid 90s and remains the largest overseas market of our products, to North America, from South America to Africa, and from Asia Pacific to Australia.
